The Village of Northgate Crossing is located in North Harris County bounded by I-45 to the West, the Hard Toll Road to the north and Spring Stuebner Rd to the south. Our community is comprised of four villages - Southgate, Westgate, Crossgate and Eastgate. There are about 700 lots in our community.

The Villages of Northgate Crossing is a deed restricted community. Deed restrictions protect the value of our homes and make our community a more enjoyable place to live. Inspections are performed on a monthly basis and notifications are sent to home owners if a problem is discovered.
