Committee Information
The Villages of Northgate Crossing has a variety of committees that assist the Board with a variety of tasks. Some of these committees are for conducting association business and others are to improve homeowner enjoyment of our neighborhood. All committee positions are unpaid volunteer positions. If you would like to join a committee, please contact one of the current committee members and they can provide you with more information on how you can contribute to the committee. If you would like to propose a new committee, you can request time to present your idea at a board meeting by going here.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC) The ACC reviews homeowner applications for property changes and improvements. This includes areas such as paint colors, shingle types, window replacement, play structures, decks, landscaping plans or any other externally change to the property. The three members of the ARC are elected by the Board. |

The website committee collects information from the board and committees and updates the website. The committee also handles the homeowner e-mail list for the association. |
