Garage Sales

Listed below is information we hope is useful if you are planning an upcoming garage sale:

• Deed restrictions permit homeowners to conduct a single garage sale per year

• The posting of garage sale signs anywhere within Villages of Northgate is restricted under deed restrictions and in certain cases, by state law.  It is not uncommon to have garage sale signs removed within an hour of them being posted.  For information about signs, see our deed restrictions FAQ.

• The homeowners association holds a community wide garage sale each year in the spring and again in the fall.  Check our community events page for the current schedule.
