Green Trees Program

The Green Trees program is offered to all residents of VONGC who wish optionally to have a Live Oak tree panted in their front yard.  Please be aware that ALL homes are required to have a minimum of one tree in the front yard, with selected lots requiring two or three trees in the front yard.  Here are the program details:

• Embark Trees Service will purchase Live Oak Trees for $125.00

• Embark will plant the tree, weather permitting between January 15 – 31, 2011

• Embark will mulch the tree well, stake the tree and fertilize the tree

• Embark will offer a conditional 1 year guarantee on each tree planted

• Owner will mark the area they would like the tree to be placed

• Owner will “Call Before You Dig” in order to have lines marked prior to planting (more info at www.digtess.org)

• Owner will be responsible for watering the tree etc.

• Owner must pay the $125.00 fee prior to December 25, 2010

• Only available to residents of Villages Of Northgate Crossing
