Welcome To Villages of Northgate Crossing
The Villages of Northgate Crossing is a community of 642 homes located in North Harris County bounded by I-45 to the West, the Hard Toll Road to the north/east and Spring Stuebner Rd to the south. Our community is comprised of four villages - Southgate, Westgate, Crossgate and Eastgate.

Toward the end of January, the planting of 52 trees within the association will be completed.
Our 2010 Christmas Holiday Award Winners are now posted online.
From a prior posting, you maybe aware that VOGNC will be planting around 50 new trees throughout the community. Our tree planting vendor has also offered the same discounted price we were offered, which was put out to three companies for bid, to our home owners. We have recently had a roofing contractor that has placed signs in the yards of their customers. We have worked to make these homeowners aware of the deed restrictions that restrict all signs excluding one for-sale sign. To avoid a certified letter charge, respectfully inform your contractor that signs are prohibited by deed restrictions.
Due to a lack of quorum, the election of the single board seat was not able to take place. The election will take place at the next board meeting when the quorum requirement is halved. As requested during the board meeting, the section 12 and 13 amendments have been posted here.
It has been reported in the Houston Chronicle that Exxon-Mobil maybe developing a 1,300 acre tract of land at Spring Crossing and I-45/Hardy. You can find the article here. If this does occur, this would more than likely have a positive affect on Northgate Crossing home values.
The annual board meeting will be held April 21th, 2010. One board position is open for election this year, if you are interested, please contact our association management company for an application before 01-Mar-2010. For information on the election process, you can see our board election page.
The pool refinishing has been completed and the pool is again refilled and ready for the 2010 season. The pipeline repair has also been completed by Kinder Morgan and over the coming weeks as the ground conditions improve, the area will be resurfaced and new grass planted. If your lot suffered any damage as a result of the repairs, please contact Kinder Morgan to have any repairs completed.
