21-Apr-10 Due to a lack of quorum, the election of the single board seat was not able to take place. The election will take place at the next board meeting when the quorum requirement is halved. As requested during the board meeting, the section 12 and 13 admendments have been posted here. |

01-Feb-10 It has been reported in the Houston Chronicle that Exxon-Mobil maybe developing a 1,300 acre tract of land at Spring Crossing and I-45/Hardy. You can find the article here. If this does occur, this would more than likely have a positive affect on Northgate Crossing home values. |

27-Dec-09 The pool refinishing has been completed and the pool is again refilled and ready for the 2010 season. The pipeline repair has also been completed by Kinder Morgan and over the coming weeks as the ground conditions improve, the area will be resurfaced and new grass planted. If your lot suffered any damage as a result of the repairs, please contact Kinder Morgan to have any repairs completed. |

22-Oct-09 Westgate Village Residents The pipeline company will be performing maintenance on the pipeline in Westgate. Information about the construction can be found here. A map showing the area of construction can be found here. Construction is expected to be from Oct 29th to Dec 18th. |

06-Oct-09 The community garage sale is complete and reports are that it was a big hit! The yard of the month program has been completed for the year but we will be issuing awards for Halloween and Christmas displays for 2009 - more details can be found on our Holiday Awards page.
