The following information should help you get up to speed quickly after moving into the neighborhood and answer most of your questions.

  • Water/Sewer:  Severn Trent Services at (281) 579-4500
  • Natural Gas:  Centerpoint Energy at (713) 659-2111
  • Electric Power:  You will need to select a "retail electric provider" to purchase power from.  A list of providers can be found at the Power To Choose website.  When you purchase your power from the provider, they will contact Centerpoint Energy to provide the actual power connection.  All your communication excluding power outages or power line safety issues should be addressed to your retail electric provider.
  • Trash:  Trash collection for all sections of Villages of Northgate Crossing is provided by Waste Management and is included as part of your MUD water bill.  Pickup days are:
    • Saturday - Recycling and regular trash pickup
    • Wednesday - Regular trash pickup only
    • When pickup date occurs on holiday, pickup will occur on next pickup date, visit our Trash and Recycle page for a holiday schedule.

  • TV / Internet / Phone Services:
    • AT&T U-verse Service for internet / phone / TV
    • Comcast for internet / phone / TV  at (877) 870-4310.  Service verification can be found here.
    • Charter cable for internet / phone / TV at (888-438-2427) - Note:  Service may only be available in Crossgate.
    • Satellite Dish Subscribers - up to 18" diameter dishes can be installed without prior ACC approval.

  • Following the closing on your home, you will be sent a welcome package from Chapparral within a month of your closing - this package will include the following items:
    • Pool and Tennis Court Access Card Application
    • Voter registration card
    • Refrigerator magnet with Chapparral contact information
    • Copy of general deed restrictions and for the specific section of the home
    • Hurricane information
    • Constable Dispatch Phone Number sticker
    • Recent newsletters
    • Federal Flood information (flood map here)
    • Alarm system permit
    • ACC Application (required for any exterior changes to your home)
    • Pool Rules/Pool Access Card Application/Pool Hours
• School Information
  • The Villages of Northgate Crossing is located in Spring ISD.  School information can be found on our school page.
• Security / Police
  • Neighborhood security is provided by Precinct 4 Constables.  To report a crime or other legal violation, dial 911 or contact the dispatch line directly at (281) 376-3472 (faster).  Learn more about neighborhood security here.
• Deed Restrictions

• If you purchase a home with the intent to make external changes (front/back yard), we recommend checking our deed restriction section to ensure that the improvements you wish to make are authorized.  You can a member of the deed restriction committee to ask questions you may have about deed restrictions in Northgate.  Some common questions can be answered on our deed Restriction FAQ page.
• We highly recommend that you ask your realtor to request a "Resell Certificate".  This certificate shows any existing deed restriction violations against the property and also any outstanding charges to the home's account.  If your home is purchased with existing outstanding deed restrictions (unapproved improvements, fence stain, unapproved color, etc), you will become responsible for those deed restrictions upon assuming ownership of the property.  Requests for a Resell Certificate can be made to Chapparral Manangement.
