Pool Access / Application / Rules
The community pool is open during the summer months (schedule) for residents of Villages of Northgate Crossing. The following are required for pool entrance:

The pool lifeguards can be reached in case of emergency (do not call asking to have your kids come home from the pool) at 281-528-7099.
WHEN AND WHERE CAN I GET MY ACCESS CARDS?
You may obtain an access card application from:
Chaparral Management Company

Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm and then again from 1:30pm to 5:00pm
NOTE - No access cards will be issued while you wait - the card will be mailed
to you. The cost is $25 ($15 replacement card fee and a $10 processing
fee) and only one card per household can be issued. Cash or check can be
used for payment.

Be sure to include a $25 check (no cash) made out to Chaparral Management Company
Pool access card requests are generally
processed within three (3) business days of receipt at the office of Chaparral
Management Company, and will be mailed back to the address of the property.
If an access card has been recorded for the address requesting a card a
$25.00 replacement fee will be charged along with the processing fee.
Access to the pool requires an access card - no other identification is allowed for entry to the pool. Please be aware that if you have outstanding association dues, your access to the pool and other services will be suspended.
PLEASE REVIEW THESE POOL RULES WITH YOUR CHILDREN
VILLAGES OF NORTHGATE CROSSING HOA POOL RULES
1. No running or rough play.
2. No glass containers or alcoholic beverages allowed in the pool area.
3. No diving in the shallow end (5 feet or less).
4. No swimming in designated diving areas of pool and only person on the diving
board at a time.
5. Only small floating items, upon pool manager’s discretion, will be allowed in
the pool.
6. All swimmers must dive straight and not off toward the side of the diving
boards.
7. No pets are permitted on pool premises.
8. No cut-offs or T-shirts allowed in the pool. Proper swimming attire required.
9. Lifeguards are responsible for the supervision of swimmers in the pools:
however all non-
swimming children must be primarily supervised by a parent or guardian and
within arm’s
reach.
10. There will be a ten-minute rest period every hour.
11. The use of cocoa butter, baby oil, and other heavy suntan oils causes filter
damage. It is
advised that these lotions not be permitted in the pool.
12. Members who have guests must sign them in and be responsible for them at all
times.
13. All children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at least
18 years of age.
All non-swimmers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years of
age
All non-swimming children must be within arms length of parent or guardian at
all times.
14. No swimming after designated swimming hours, unless special arrangements
have been
made through the Recreation Director or the Board of Directors.
15. No one will be admitted without proper I.D.
16. No loud music around the pool area.
THE LIFEGUARDS HAVE ULTIMATE AUTHORITY.
