Pool Access / Application / Rules

The community pool is open during the summer months (schedule) for residents of Villages of Northgate Crossing.  The following are required for pool entrance:

• Resident must be current on association dues
• A access card is required for entry - no other form of identification is acceptable
• if swimming, only bathing suits are allowed in the pool - no cut-off shorts are allowed

The pool is located at 23100 Northgate Crossing Blvd

The pool lifeguards can be reached in case of emergency (do not call asking to have your kids come home from the pool) at 281-528-7099.

WHEN AND WHERE CAN I GET MY ACCESS CARDS?
 
You may obtain an access card application from:
Chaparral Management Company
6630 Cypresswood Drive #100.
Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm and then again from 1:30pm to 5:00pm
NOTE - No access cards will be issued while you wait - the card will be mailed to you.  The cost is $25 ($15 replacement card fee and a $10 processing fee) and only one card per household can be issued.  Cash or check can be used for payment.

Be sure to include a $25 check (no cash) made out to Chaparral Management Company

Pool access card requests are generally processed within three (3) business days of receipt at the office of Chaparral Management Company, and will be mailed back to the address of the property.
 
If an access card has been recorded for the address requesting a card a $25.00 replacement fee will be charged along with the processing fee.

VILLAGES OF NORTHGATE CROSSING HOA POOL RULES

1. No running or rough play.

2. No glass containers or alcoholic beverages allowed in the pool area.

3. No diving in the shallow end (5 feet or less).

4. No swimming in designated diving areas of pool and only person on the diving board at a time.

5. Only small floating items, upon pool manager’s discretion, will be allowed in the pool.

6. All swimmers must dive straight and not off toward the side of the diving boards.

7. No pets are permitted on pool premises.

8. No cut-offs or T-shirts allowed in the pool. Proper swimming attire required.

9. Lifeguards are responsible for the supervision of swimmers in the pools: however all non-
swimming children must be primarily supervised by a parent or guardian and within arm’s
reach.

10. There will be a ten-minute rest period every hour.

11. The use of cocoa butter, baby oil, and other heavy suntan oils causes filter damage. It is
advised that these lotions not be permitted in the pool.

12. Members who have guests must sign them in and be responsible for them at all times.

13. All children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
All non-swimmers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years of age
All non-swimming children must be within arms length of parent or guardian at all times.

14. No swimming after designated swimming hours, unless special arrangements have been
made through the Recreation Director or the Board of Directors.

15. No one will be admitted without proper I.D.

16. No loud music around the pool area.

THE LIFEGUARDS HAVE ULTIMATE AUTHORITY.
