Pool Rental
The pool is available for private party rental during in off
hours. To schedule a private party, contact A-Beautiful Pools at (281)

VILLAGES OF NORTHGATE CROSSING POOL PARTY RULES

There shall be no pool parties scheduled during
pool hours.

Pool parties may not conflict with neighborhood
functions and swim team schedules.

Pool parties are to be scheduled before or after pool
hours and may not last past 11:00pm.

Pool parties may be scheduled after
4:00pm
until 11:00pm on Monday
as long as the Monday is not a legal Holiday when the pool is open. (Or the
day the pool is closed during the week if not Monday.)

There is a 10-day advance notice (call-in) to
A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. for all scheduled parties.

There is a 5-day cancellation notice (call-in) to
A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. for all scheduled parties. If the resident does not
call to cancel the party then A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. will submit an invoice
reflecting the time the lifeguards were at the pool for the scheduled party.

There is a $25.00 non-refundable set-up fee made
payable to A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. to be mailed at least 5-days prior to the
party. If not received by said date, the set-up fee increases to $35.00.

There are always two lifeguards for 1-50 swimmers;
thereafter, one lifeguard for each additional 25 swimmers.

Lifeguard pay is $17.50 per lifeguard, per hour. This
is to be paid with set-up fee 5 days in advance of the party. There will be
NO REFUNDS if resident decides to end party early.

Parties after August 26th are subject to a $75.00 fee.
This fee is for additional cleanings to have the pool in good order. No
party after pool closes for the season.

No alcohol shall be served.

Resident is to clean-up pool area from party.

The Office Manager or Supervisor must approve specific
lifeguard requests for pool parties. If changes occur with the guards, the
resident will be notified as soon as possible.
