Yard of the Month Information
The Yard of the Month is run by the
Yard
of the Month Committee. At the start of each
Spring, Summer and
Fall months, the committee members drive through
the entire neighborhood and select one home from each of the
four villages to be awarded Yard of the Month.
Each winner receives a sign to post in their yard and a
photo of their yard
posted on the website. The criteria used for
selection of the Yard of the Month is based on the
following:

Only publicly visible landscaping is evaluated

No current deed restriction violations
-
No past due association payments
-
The overall variety and quantity of landscaping plants
-
The upkeep of the landscaping (free of weeds, mowed lawn, pruned bushes)
-
Prior awards of Yard of the Month to the property within
the past year
