About Our Team
At Villages Of Northgate Crossing, we strive to empower communities through innovative consulting solutions. The mission of the Villages of Northgate Crossing Homeowners Association is to preserve, protect, and enhance the value, safety, and appearance of our community. We are committed to responsible stewardship of shared resources, fair and consistent enforcement of community standards, and transparent communication. Through thoughtful planning and homeowner engagement, we strive to maintain a welcoming, well-maintained neighborhood that supports quality of life for all residents.
THE BOARD
Board of Directors" five (5) volunteer Members of the Board of Directors shall be selected in accordance with the Articles in the VONC By-Laws.
The primary duties of VONC BoD are:
1. Maintain the Common Areas / Elements of the Community.
2.Ensure Compliance with Governing Documents.
3. Conduct the Financial Business of the Association.

Positions are held for a term of three (3) years.
All BoD positions will be required for election / re-election per term. Voting is held annually in October.
VONC ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
"Architectural Review Committee (ARC)"
Three (3) volunteer members of the Architectural Review Committee shall be selected in accordance with the Articles in the VONC By-Laws. The ARC Members are independent from the VONC BoD. Their primary duties are reviewing and governing the VONC Community Design Guidelines per VONC By-Laws: Download By-Laws
Review of (But not limited to:)
Construction, Placement, Location, Alteration, Maintenance, or
Design of any improvements to the Property.
(Refer to VONC Section Map & VONC By-Laws per section requirements)
Positions are held for a term of three (3) years.
All ARC positions will be required for election / re-election per term. Voting is held annually in October.
VONC SOCIAL COMMITTEE
Social Committee
Three (3) volunteer members of the Social Committee will be responsible in helping to coordinate community activities in coordination with the Board of Directors.
