EVENTS & UPDATES

• The lifeguard has full and final authority on all matters concerning the pool area.

• Appropriate swimwear only.  No cut-offs or street clothes allowed.

• Children 14 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult/parent/guardian.

• Adults/parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

• Babies and toddlers must wear swim diapers.

• No running or excessive horseplay.

• No diving in the shallow end (5 Feet or Less)

• No loud, abusive, or vulgar language.

• No pets are allowed in the pool area except service animals.

• No loud music around the pool area.

• No glass items in the pool area.

• No food, drinks, or gum in the pool.

• No alcoholic beverages.

• No smoking, vaping, or illicit drugs are allowed in the pool area.

• During high occupancy, no floating devices (floaties, rafts, inner tubes, etc.).

• Soft material toys are allowed at the lifeguard's discretion.

• No bandages or open wounds are allowed in the pool.

• Residents are permitted four guests per household.

• There will be a safety break of 10 minutes of the hour each hour.

• The pool is open except for the last hour.

• Lifeguards only in the guard and pump rooms. 

• No Business Use Rule.  The residential pool is only for personal and recreational use.

 

Commercial activities, including but not limited to swimming lessons, training sessions, or any other business-related use, are strictly prohibited without the expressed or written consent of the HOA Board of Directors.  This ensures that the pool remains a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents and guests.

The Association reserves the right to revoke pool privileges to any resident or guest who has delinquent association fees.  The Association reserves the right to revoke pool privileges for any resident or guest should they cause an unsafe or unpleasant environment at the pool.
